This level of knowledge allows us to be true personnel consultants who can offer our clients insights which may not be available from any other source. Most of our candidates are “not looking” in the market. We also get many referrals from candidates who know key players in the industry.

Let’s face it, with the search tools of today you probably feel you don’t need a search firm, but you are not reaching the talent that is not actively looking which are the ones you really want. Fee & guarantee – we are a contingency firm which means the fee is contingency upon you hiring a candidate that has been referred by our company and begins work. Our fee agreement has a guarantee refund policy.
